The invention relates to a self-control door brake. The self-control door brake comprises a shell, an inertial rolling element and a brake device; the brake device comprises a swinging plate, a torsion spring and a brake column; the shell is provided with a hinge shaft, the head end of the swinging plate is provided with a hinge sleeve, the hinge sleeve is hinged to the hinge shaft, the torsion spring is installed on the hinge sleeve, one end of the torsion spring is connected to the shell, and the other end of the torsion spring is connected to the swinging plate; under the action of the twisting force of the torsion spring, one side of the tail end of the swinging plate is suspended; the brake column is connected with the swinging plate and is arranged below the swinging plate, and the inertial rolling element is arranged between the head end of the swinging plate and the inner upper end surface of the shell. When the self-control door brake is in use, the swinging plate is driven by the inertial rolling element to swing downwards, the brake column is driven to contact a floor slab in a friction manner by virtue of the downward swinging of the swinging plate, and a movable door is hindered to be rapidly closed, and thus is effectively prevented from hurting a child.
