Making technology of diamagnetic ceiling tile for indoor sound insulation
The invention discloses a making technology of a diamagnetic ceiling tile for indoor sound insulation. The technology comprises the following steps: 1, adding hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose to water accounting for 30% of a total water amount in order to prepare a hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose dispersant solution; 2, adding water accounting for 20% of the total water amount to volcanic rock fibers in order to debond; 3, adding a foaming agent to water accounting for 50% of the total water amount in order to prepare foam, adding fly ash, cement, mica powder and a coupling agent aluminate into the foam, and uniformly mixing to prepare a slurry; 4, uniformly mixing the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose dispersant solution with the debonded volcanic rock fibers and the slurry; and 5, carrying out pulp fluid plate making, carrying out dehydration plate blank formation, cutting the obtained plate blank, carrying out high temperature steam maintenance, drying, and polishing the surface of the obtained plate to form a finished product. The ceiling tile made in the invention has the advantages of excellent diamagnetic effect, good sound insulation effect, low density and convenient installation.
