Method for producing ceramic material by using metallurgic intermediate cladding slag
The invention relates to a method for producing a ceramic material by using metallurgic intermediate cladding slag, and belongs to the field of comprehensive utilization of solid wastes. The intermediate cladding slag comprises 28-50% (exclusive of 28% and 50%) of SiO2, 12-26% (exclusive of 12% and 26%) of CaO, 10-25% (exclusive of 10% and 25%) of MnO, 1.5-20% (exclusive of 1.5% and 20%) of Fe2O3, and 10-35% (exclusive of 10% and 35%) of (MgO+Al2O3); and ceramic raw materials comprise 25-100% of the intermediate cladding slag, and also comprise 0-50% of clay, 0-25% of feldspar and 0-15% of quartz as key ingredients. The raw materials are processed and sintered through a traditional ceramic technology to obtain the above ceramic product, the highest sintering temperature is 1050-1150DEG C, the flexural strength exceeds 60MPa, and the water absorption rate is smaller than 2%; and the compressive strength of ceramic sintered bricks made by adding aggregates to the raw materials can exceed 260Mpa. The method can be used to produce building ceramics, ceramic sintered bricks and high strength ceramic materials, and the material can be used as a ceramic reinforcing agent and microcrystalline glass frit; and the production method is simple and feasible, and is in favor of realizing industrial production.
