Method for preparing zirconium oxide/zirconium tungstate composite material by utilizing crystal form stabilized zirconium oxide as raw material
The invention relates to a method for preparing a zirconium oxide/zirconium tungstate composite material by utilizing crystal form stabilized zirconium oxide as a raw material, relating to a preparation method of the zirconium oxide/zirconium tungstate composite material and aiming at solving the problems of low sintering compactness and easy test sample cracking of a ZrO2/ZrW2O8 composite material prepared through the traditional method. The method comprises the following steps of 1, mixing crystal form stabilized zirconium oxide powder and zirconium tungstate powder to obtain a material, and then adding the material, a zirconium oxide ballstone and distilled water to a ball-milling tank; 2, placing the ball-milling tank into a ball mill, and carrying out ball-milling to obtain slurry; 3, screening the slurry through mesh size of 40 meshes, then drying, crushing by using a mortar box, then screening through mesh size of 80 meshes, and packaging to be sintered; and 4, pouring powder to be sintered into an SiC crucible, sealing, then sintering in a normal-pressure sintering furnace, and then cooling to room temperature to obtain the zirconium oxide/zirconium tungstate composite material. The method disclosed by the invention can be used for enhancing the sintering compactness of the composite material, reducing the test sample cracking and preparing the zirconium oxide/zirconium tungstate composite material.
