Environmental-friendly magnesia carbon brick and production method thereof
The invention relates to an environmental-friendly magnesia carbon brick and a production method thereof. The environmental-friendly magnesia carbon brick comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 55%-85% of magnesia granules, 5%-25% of fine magnesia powder, 0.01%-15% of carbon raw materials, 0.05%-5% of asphalt, 0.1%-10% of antioxidants and 2%-6% of organic bonding agents, wherein the softening point of the asphalt is 170-250 DEG C, and the content of benzopyrene is lower than 300 ppm. The production method comprises the following steps of co-grinding the fine magnesia powder, the carbon raw materials, the ultrahigh-temperature asphalt and the antioxidants according to the proportion to obtain prefabricated mixed powder; and then uniformly mixing the magnesia granules and the organic bonding agent, then adding the prefabricated mixed powder for uniform mixing, discharging, and forming. The production method disclosed by the invention can be used for introducing the environmental-friendly ultrahigh-temperature asphalt into the magnesia carbon brick, thereby reducing the influence on the health of working personnel and the environmental pollution and improving the high-temperature property of a refractory material.
