Aerating block with waste rubber
The invention discloses an aerating block with waste rubber and belongs to the field of construction material. The raw materials of the aerating block include, by weight: 2 to 10 parts of waste rubber, 50 to 70 parts of fly ash, 10 to 20 parts of concrete, 15 to 25 parts of lime, 2 to 6 parts of gypsum, 0.1 to 0.2 part of aluminum powder (paste) and 57 to 58 parts of water. The aerating block has the advantages that the foam stabilizing effect can be achieved by adding waste rubber particles, expensive foam stabilizing agent of a traditional aerating block is replaced, the acting force applied to the foam walls by various stresses can be buffered, foam complement is protected, the density of the aerating block is reduced, and the heat insulation is improved; meanwhile, large amount of the fly ash, waste rubber and other solid waste are adopted, energy is saved, and environment is protected.
