High-moistureproof-effect haydite-reinforced aerated building block
The invention discloses a high-moistureproof-effect haydite-reinforced aerated building block which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-8 parts of citric acid slag, 7-10 parts of mullite powder, 30-50 parts of haydite, 15-30 parts of fly ash, 10-13 parts of quicklime, 16-21 parts of cement, 0.2-0.4 part of aluminum powder, 2-4 parts of redispersible latex powder, 0.4-0.8 part of calcium chloride, 0.3-0.5 part of calcium lignosulphonate, 1-3 parts of iron powder, 3-5 parts of nano aluminum oxide, 2-4 parts of carbon black, 15-20 parts of anhydrous ethanol and a right amount of water. The technique solves the problem of uneven distribution of the haydite in the slurry due to the breakable and light-weight characteristics of the haydite in the working process. The added redispersible latex powder enhances the strength, apparent density and heat conductivity coefficient of the building block. The added citric acid slag solves the problem of environmental pollution, substitutes the effect of gypsum, lowers the production cost, implements energy saving and environment friendliness, changes wastes into valuable substances and brings in huge social benefits.
