Preparation method for antibacterial honeycomb ceramic
The invention relates to a production method for an antibacterial honeycomb ceramic. The method includes: conducting pretreatment on well fired honeycomb ceramic with a roughening solution, conducting washing and drying, then conducting chemical roughening at 30-40DEG C for 20-40min, soaking the well treated sample into a steeping liquid, expelling bubbles in the ceramic honeycomb pores by ultrasound, conducting cleaning to remove oil stain attached to the ceramic, promoting uniform penetration of the solution in the ceramic honeycomb, conducting soaking to make metal antibacterial ions fully adsorbed into honeycomb ceramic surface micropores, adding a stabilizer and a silver anti-blushing agent AY-2A; and then taking out the honeycomb ceramic, and conducting drying and roasting so as to obtain the antibacterial honeycomb ceramic. The method has the characteristics of simple process conditions, low cost and considerable application prospect. The prepared antibacterial honeycomb ceramic consumes few antibacterial ion, and has low sintering temperature, low energy consumption and high sterilization rate.
