The invention discloses a raise-dust-free hand-push type road sweeper. The raise-dust-free hand-push type road sweeper comprises a sweeper body, a garbage can, a water tank and a recovery device, wherein the garbage can, the recovery device and the water tank are arranged inside the sweeper body. A traveling driving wheel and a traveling driven wheel are arranged on the lower portion of the sweeper body, a push handle is arranged on the upper portion of the sweeper body, a sweeping wheel is arranged between the traveling driving wheel and the traveling driven wheel, and a driven chain wheel is arranged on the sweeping wheel. The raise-dust-free hand-push type road sweeper has the advantages that a driving chain wheel mounted on the traveling driving wheel is connected with the driven chain wheel mounted on the sweeping wheel through a drive chain, so that sweeping can be completed when a sanitation worker pushes the sweeper body; garbage swept and collected is automatically conveyed to the garbage can by the recovery device, so that labor of the worker is reduced greatly, and sweeping efficiency is improved; an atomizing spray head is arranged to combine water mist with raise dust formed during sweeping of the sweeping wheel, so that health of the sanitation worker is guaranteed and urban environment is protected.
