A concrete block tied soft geogrid mattress is characterized by mainly comprising a filter geotextile bottom layer (7), a plastic geogrid surface layer (1) and concrete saddle weights (2) shaped as Chinese character 'wang'. The concrete saddle weights (2) are arrayed on the plastic geogrid surface layer (1) along a transverse rib direction and tied and positioned onto the plastic geogrid surface layer (1) by the aid of longitudinal ribs (5) cut off at corresponding positions of the plastic geogrid surface layer (1) or fixed onto the plastic geogrid surface layer (1) by tying strips (6). By the concrete block tied soft geogrid mattress, defects of existing common soft mattress structures can be eliminated or weakened, period of construction preparation (such as concrete precast) is shortened, and lateral shrinkage of the mattress is avoided. In addition, the concrete block tied soft geogrid mattress has the advantages of low cost, technical simplicity, high integrality, quickness in construction, wide application and the like.
