The invention provides an implementing method of a wedge-shaped locking pile forming device. The implementing method comprises the following steps of delivering water to the inside of a wedge-shaped knife by using a water delivery system; stirring soil and water which are not stirred by a rotating drill A and a rotating drill B in the wedge-shaped knife into slurry by using a cutter A and a cutter B of the wedge-shaped knife during movement; delivering waste gas which is generated in a movement process of a cylinder A, a cylinder B, a cylinder C and a cylinder D to the rotating drill A and the rotating drill B through a pipe; stirring the slurry again by using the high-pressure waste gas in a slurry upward movement process; pouring out the slurry from a hole to form a locking pipe hole; performing concreting to form a concrete locking pile; forming another locking pile hole which is located on the right of the locking pile and is distant from the locking pile by a distance which is equal to the length of the locking pile; performing concreting to form another concrete locking pile; forming a third locking pile hole between the two locking piles by using the method; performing concreting to form the three interlocked locking piles; and sequentially forming a plurality of interlocked concrete locking pile connectors.
