The invention relates to an implementing method of a machine of hexagonally-prismatic composite cement-soil piles. When the machine runs, a submersible motor drives a drill pipe and a cutting head, at the lower end of the submersible pump, to rotate through a driving box; when the cutting head rotates, a plurality of first blades below the cutting head cut the soil; a water conveyer conveys water to the cutting head; the first blades below the cutting head mix the soil and the water into slurry; a hexagonal frame is guided to move up and down nonstop by a first guide rod, a second guide rod, a third guide rod and a fourth guide rod; meanwhile, the water conveyer conveys the water into the hexagonal frame; when the hexagonal frame moves, multiple first blades below the hexagonal frame and multiple second blades within the hexagonal frame mix the soil and the water into slurry; the slurry flows out of pores, forming hexagonal holes.
