The invention discloses an anti-floating construction method for basements without uplift piles. The anti-floating construction method includes steps of excavating foundation pits; embedding sleeves; constructing waterproof protective layers; pouring bottom plates of the basements; determining the positions of drainage ditches; pouring integral pouring layers; carrying out waterproof treatment on the drainage ditches; carrying out backfill reinforcement; carrying out blocking and the like. The anti-floating construction method has the advantages that the sleeves are embedded in the bottom plates of the excavated basements without the uplift piles, the drainage ditches are arranged on longitudinal and transverse axes, and accordingly water which seeps from the sleeves in construction periods during rainy seasons can be timely drained; backfill reinforcement is carried out, the ground drainage ditches are arranged, accordingly, ground open water can be stopped from flowing into the basements, buoyancy which is applied to the basements by underground water can be reduced in internal water drainage and external water stopping combination modes, the uplift piles can be omitted, the construction cost and the construction difficulty can be greatly lowered, and the safety of construction procedures can be improved.
