The invention relates to an anti-falling manhole cover. The anti-falling manhole cover comprises a well base and a cover body matched with the well base, wherein a supporting frame is arranged on the inner wall of the well base and used for supporting the cover body, an anti-falling inner cap is further arranged in the well base, the edge of the anti-falling inner cap extends outwards to form two or more clamping strips, grooves are formed in the supporting frame, the number of the grooves is equal to that of the clamping strips, the clamping strips of the anti-falling inner cap can fall into the grooves, and therefore the anti-falling inner cap is fixed. The anti-falling manhole cover has the advantages that the structure is simple, use convenience is achieved, after the manhole cover is lost or damaged, the anti-falling inner cap on the lower layer can prevent falling objects or staff from dropping into an inspection well, and safety of the inspection well is improved.
