The invention provides a multi-pile-foundation simulation testing box which comprises a box body, a testing pile arranged in the box body, testing soil covering the testing pile and a sand cushion layer covering the testing soil. A partition plate and a bottom plate under the partition plate are arranged at the bottom of the box body, a through hole is formed in the partition plate, pressure sensors are arranged on the lateral wall of the box body and the partition plate, the testing pile is arranged on the partition plate through the through hole formed in the partition plate, the testing pile is connected with the bottom plate through a supporting spring, an optical fiber sensor is arranged in the axial direction of the testing pile, and a flexible loader is arranged above the sand cushion layer. Multi-pile-foundation stress analysis can be carried out through variable parameters like frictional resistance coefficients between the pile and the soil in the situation of various pile-soil interface parameters. Advantages and characteristics of all pile types can be fully brought into play in the actual application according to testing results, foundation bearing force is remarkably improved, and foundation sedimentation is reduced.
