Reclaimed water recycling system for sewage factory
The invention discloses a reclaimed water recycling system for a sewage factory. The reclaimed water recycling system comprises a master control cabinet, a high-level water tank, a booster pump, a water level lifting pump set, a daily water tail end and a production water tail end, wherein the water level lifting pump set is communicated with a reclaimed water pool and a high-level water tank individually to pump the reclaimed water to the high-level water tank; the high-level water tank is respectively communicated with the daily water tail end and the production water tail end; and the booster pump is connected to a pipeline between the high-level water tank and the production water tail end. With a change of an operation mode of the pump set and the booster pump installed on a main pipeline for production water, energy-consuming equipment can be reduced to the largest extent; less water pumps are required, so cost is reduced and land occupation is decreased; corresponding maintenance is reduced; a control valve is arranged on each production water pipeline and the tail end is provided with a pressure tank, so different water pressure and flow demands for various water-use units can be met; and with combination of the variable frequency booster pump and the lifting pump, energy consumption can be reduced.
