The invention discloses a secondary water supply system with a water quality purification treatment function. The secondary water supply system mainly comprises a flow stabilization compensation tank, a non-negative-pressure controller, a water pump, a flow detecting device, a control cabinet, membrane treatment units, power-driven switching valves, a power-driven blow-down valve, a water quality monitoring instrument, a membrane treatment control box and a water using point. A water supply pipe is connected with the membrane treatment units through the power-driven switching valves, and outlet water of the membrane treatment unit is connected with a water outlet pipe and is then conveyed to the water using point through the water outlet pipe for water supply; the water quality monitoring instrument and a transmissible pressure gauge are arranged on the water outlet pipe; each membrane treatment unit comprises an ultrafiltration membrane assembly, a pressure display device, a power-driven blow-down valve and a blow-down pipe; and the two or more membrane treatment units are arranged in parallel so as to guarantee that water for purification and treatment is continuously provided. The secondary water supply system has the beneficial effects that the secondary water supply system is directly connected to the tap water inlet pipe in series so as to achieve non-negative-pressure pipe network pressure-superposed water supply; in addition, the purification and treatment function on the water quality is achieved; and the effects of saving energy and land, being sanitary and healthy in drinking water, purifying the water quality and the like are achieved.
