The invention discloses a high-position adjusting and storing secondary water supply system. The high-position adjusting and storing secondary water supply system comprises a low-position water tank, a water pump, a control cabinet, a high-position water tank and a water using point; the water pump is connected with a tap water inlet pipe through an arranged direct connection pipe, outlet water of the water pump is connected with an outlet water header pipe which is then connected with a pressure water conveying pipe so as to be connected with the high-position water tank through the pressure water conveying pipe for water supplementing, and the water is supplied to the water using point through the high-position water tank; the low-position water tank is installed in front of the water pump, inlet water of the low-position water tank is connected with a tap water inlet pipe, and outlet water of the low-position water tank is connected with the direct connection pipe through a connecting pipe; and a first pressure detecting meter, a second electrically-operated valve and a first check valve are installed on the direct connection pipe. The high-position adjusting and storing secondary water supply system has the beneficial effects of being simple in structure, low in cost, safe and good in using effect, saving energy and the like; and in particular, the high-position adjusting and storing secondary water supply system will have the excellent energy saving effect and the water using point pressure stabilization effect when being applied to high-rise buildings and super high-rise buildings.
