The invention discloses an attaching device of a movable building decoration panel and a use method of the attaching device. The building decoration panel (7) is attached to a building body (9) through an attaching binding layer (8), and is provided with a back plane facing the attaching binding layer (8) and a front plane opposite to the back plane; a binding layer filling groove (72) which extends in the horizontal direction and sinks inwards from the back plane is arranged in the middle position of the back plane; an opening is formed in one end, in the horizontal direction, of the binding layer filling groove (72), and the other end of the binding layer filling groove (72) is closed; the upper horizontal edge and the lower horizontal edge of the binding layer filling groove (72) are each provided with a horizontal round flange (74), and cross sections of the tail ends of the horizontal round flanges (74) are in a circular arc shape protruding outwards; and a horizontal round covered channel (73) is formed between the horizontal round flanges (74) and the bottom of the binding layer filling groove (72).
