The invention discloses a wall attaching method and device of an attached self-lifting scaffold on the retraction section of a building outer wall. An attaching supporting device comprises a steel standing column, angle-adjustable pull rod components and steel wire rope components. A wall attaching support is connected to the steel standing column. The body of attached self-lifting scaffold is integrally connected with the steel standing column through the wall attaching support. The steel standing column is integrally connected with the main building structure of the retraction section through the angle-adjustable pull rod components and the steel wire rope components. By the wall attaching method and device, the technical difficulty that lifting construction of the attached self-lifting scaffold cannot be performed on the traction section of the building outer wall and at positions with large storey height change is solved, construction safety is guaranteed, and simple operation is achieved.
