The invention relates to a high strength concrete wire pole and a manufacturing method thereof. The high strength concrete wire pole comprises a rebar framework and concrete. The rebar framework comprises end plates positioned at two ends; installation holes evenly distributed in the circumferences of the end plates are formed in two ends of the end plates; longitudinal rebars are arranged in the installation holes; upset heads are arranged on the outsides of the joints of the longitudinal rebars and the end plates; the longitudinal rebars are distributed ringwise; erection rings are arranged on the inner circumferences of ringwise-arranged longitudinal rebars; outer looping rebars are arranged on the outer circumferences of the longitudinal rebars; the concrete wraps the inner and outer peripheries of the framework; the longitudinal rebars of the framework are in a tensioned state; the longitudinal rebars are spiral moderately tough rebars. The method is simple, the structure of the manufactured wire pole is stable, the cost is low, and the bending resistance, fatigue resistance and durability are superior to the concrete pole manufactured in accordance with the existing national standards of concrete wire poles.
