The invention provides a door handle structure and a refrigerator. The door handle structure is arranged on the door body of the refrigerator and comprises a handle main body, an opening piece, and a mandril, wherein the opening piece is assembled at one side of the handle main body; one end of the mandril penetrates the handle main body and connects to the opening piece, the other end of the mandril is in contact with the box body of the refrigerator, when the opening piece is pressed, the pressure is transferred to the mandril, the mandril transfers the pressure to the box body, and the mandril can open the door body through the counter-acting force from the box body to the pressure. The door handle structure is convenient to assemble due to the fact that the installation structure is simplified, and number of parts of the door handle structure is reduced. In addition, original helping handle is replaced into the key type opening piece, thus beautiful appearance of the door handle structure is improved and user experience is improved.
