The invention discloses a concealed internal side-hung upper hinge. The concealed internal side-hung upper hinge comprises a telescopic rod, a turning hinge body and a connecting plate, wherein the telescopic rod is arranged on the top of a suspended sash window; the turning hinge body is arranged on a top corner of an upper window frame; the connecting plate is arranged between the telescopic rod and the turning hinge body; the telescopic rod comprises a bottom guiding plate and a telescopic base arranged on the guiding plate; the connecting plate comprises a first connecting plate body and a second connecting plate body; the turning hinge body comprises a first turning piece, a second turning piece and a third turning piece; the front end of the second connecting plate body is connected with one end of the telescopic base via a pin; the rear end of the second connecting plate body is fixed on the first connecting plate body; the second connecting plate body can rotate along pins arranged at two ends of the second connecting plate body; the second connecting plate body and the first connecting plate body form an 'L'-shaped structure; a second chute is formed in front of the third turning piece; a projected fixing rod is arranged in the second chute; and the first turning piece and the third turning piece respectively rotate along the second chute reversely. The concealed internal side-hung upper hinge is simple in structure, high in sealing performance and flexible and convenient to stretch; a window can be attractive; and a sash and a window frame can be closely adhered or unfolded.
