The invention discloses a foaming type door frame strip with a door protection function. The foaming type door frame strip comprises a foaming type door frame strip body. The upper surface of the door frame strip body is provided with a protruding strip body. The section of the door frame strip body with the protruding strip body is in a shape like a Chinese character 'tu'. Grooves are formed in the intersecting points at the connection positions of the protruding strip body and the door frame strip body. Both the outer surface of the protruding strip body and the outer surface of the door frame strip body are wrapped with PVC layers. The grooves are filled with flexible strips. The outer surfaces of the flexible strips are in a right angle shape, and the right-angle-shaped vertical faces and the horizontal faces are higher than the side face of the protruding strip body and the upper surface of the door frame strip body by 0.5 mm to 1 mm respectively.
