The invention relates to an offshore oil well assistance device, in particular to a nickel-manganese alloy flange spring offshore oil well power assistance device. Platform hinges are arranged on an operating platform; the platform hinges are connected with the upper hole ends of flange spring buffers; the lower hole ends of the flange spring buffers are connected and fixed to fixed legs; a drilling rocker is rotatably fixed to a rocker shaft pin on a rocker base; a drilling bull rope is fixedly connected to one side end of the drilling rocker; the drilling bull rope goes deep into a seafloor oil well bed after penetrating through a platform drilling hole in the operating platform; an output gear on a disc explosive-proof geared motor is engaged with a gear turnplate. As an improvement, an isolation component is arranged on a front end cover in the disc explosive-proof geared motor to share all bending loads. According to the invention, the disc explosive-proof geared motor is combined with the flange spring buffers, two major problems of vulnerability of a power source motor and overall buffering of oil well facilities which have bothered the offshore oil well are simultaneously solved, and unexpected effects are achieved.
