The invention discloses a floor heating brick and a manufacturing method thereof. The floor heating brick comprises a bottom brick body and a face brick body, a wire groove is formed in the surface of the bottom brick body, a heating wire is arranged in the wire groove, the face brick body is arranged on the wire groove face of the bottom brick body, and a bonding layer is arranged between the face brick body and the bottom brick body. The floor heating brick has the advantages that quick room heating is facilitated, heat utilization is improved, and the problems that room heating is not benefited and energy is wasted due to the fact that the floor heating brick is thick and much heat generated by the heating wire losses during transfer when the groove is directly formed in the bottom face of the floor heating brick are solved.
