The invention discloses a method for simulating a limnoperna lacustris habitat. According to the method, limnoperna lacustris is placed in a pressurized pipe and a gradually-changing open channel, then a water body is made to flow in a circulation loop through a guide pipe and a booster pump, meanwhile, the water body environment and water body flow velocity are changed by adding drugs and changing the pressure of the booster pump and the height of a water plate, and thereby the limnoperna lacustris habita is simulated out. A simulation device built according to the method comprises the pressurized pipe (1), a water inlet (2) is connected to the front end of the pressurized pipe (1), and the gradually-changing open channel (3) is connected to the rear end of the pressurized pipe (1); a tail water bank (4) is arranged at the rear end of the gradually-changing open channel (3), and a water outlet (5) is connected to the rear end of the tail water bank (4); the water inlet (2) is connected with the booster pump (7) through the guide pipe (6), and the booster pump (7) is further connected with the water outlet (5) through the guide pipe (6). By means of the method for simulating the limnoperna lacustris habitat and the simulation device, laboratory research can be facilitated, the research difficulty and cost are reduced, and the method for simulating the limnoperna lacustris habitat and the simulation device further have the advantage of being good in simulation effect.
