The invention discloses a vertical mill system which can thoroughly eliminate the grinding aid stripping phenomenon caused by high ventilation quantities. The vertical mill system comprises a millstone, multiple grinding rollers located above the millstone as well as at least one feeding device located in front of the grinding rollers in the rotation direction, wherein each feeding device comprises a feeding passage and a feeder, an outlet end of the feeding passage is located above the millstone, an inlet end of the feeding passage is located outside the vertical mill system and can be communicated with high-pressure air, and the feeder is used for spraying a grinding aid to a position between the corresponding grinding roller and the millstone through the feeding passage by the aid of the high-pressure air. According to the vertical mill system, feeding pipes are connected with the high-pressure air, the grinding aid is sprayed below the grinding rollers and directly pressed below the rollers to be mixed with materials, so that the grinding aid plays the effect immediately, the stripping phenomenon is thoroughly avoided, and the loss of the grinding aid during feeding before the grinding aid plays the effect is reduced to the minimum.
