Bentonite for trenchless horizontal directional crossing construction, and production method thereof
The invention relates to bentonite for trenchless horizontal directional crossing construction, and a production method thereof. The bentonite comprises sodium montmorillonite, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyanionic cellulose and polyacrylamide, wherein a ratio of the mass of the sodium carboxymethylcellulose to the mass of the sodium montmorillonite is 0.5-1:100, a ratio of the mass of the polyanionic cellulose to the mass of the sodium montmorillonite is 0.1-0.5:100, and a ratio of the mass of the polyacrylamide to the mass of the sodium montmorillonite is 0.5-0.8:100. The method comprises the following steps: drying sodium montmorillonite; grinding sodium montmorillonite to form powder; adding the proportioned sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyanionic cellulose and polyacrylamide into the powder; and uniformly stirring to form the bentonite product. A slurry prepared by using the bentonite product can meet trenchless horizontal directional crossing construction under loose, crushed, seawater and other complex stratum conditions, so the construction risk is greatly reduced, the drilling efficiency is improved, the waste slurry is reduced, the waste slurry treatment difficulty is reduced, and the engineering cost is saved.
