The invention discloses to a stress sensing capacitor ceramic material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to an electronic material technology. The stress sensing capacitor ceramic material is prepared by burdening BaO, TiO2, NiO, ZnO and Nb2O5 according to a chemical formula of BaTi1-1.5xNi0.25xZn0.25xNbxO3, wherein x is 0.01-0.03. The above raw materials and the above final product do not contain substances harmful to environment; ranges of process steps and corresponding formulas are wide, so production control is easy; and the final product has a high dielectric constant (3200-3600, 25DEG C, 500KHz), low dielectric loss (below 2.5%, 25DEG C, 500KHz), and good temperature stability (-10%-10% at -40-85DEG C), has perception ability on stress change, and has a stress-voltage transition coefficient of 8-10V.N.m and a capacitance stress adjustability of 23-26%.
