The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a bubble brick using project spoil as a raw material. The bubble brick comprises cement, water, the project spoil and a foaming agent, wherein the mass ratio of the cement to the water to the project spoil to the foaming agent is 1:1.05-1.25:1-3:0.001-0.01. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that firstly, the moisture content of a soil mass is measured through a quick measurement method; then the corresponding cement, the corresponding foaming agent and the corresponding water are added to the soil mass according to the moisture content, and are sufficiently stirred; finally, the mixture is injected into a mold and is maintained to form the light brick. According to the bubble brick produced through the manufacturing method, the project spoil is fully recycled, the purposes of low carbon and environmental protection are achieved, the cost is low, and the production control process is simple and easy to implement.
