The invention relates to an intelligent monitoring heating system for snow melting and deicing of an airport pavement. The system comprises a pavement heating unit, a pavement temperature monitoring unit, a drive circuit, a control unit and a meteorological monitoring unit. The pavement heating unit is embedded in the airport pavement and used for heating the airport pavement when the drive circuit is connected and stopping heating the airport pavement when the drive circuit is disconnected; the pavement temperature monitoring unit is embedded in a surface layer in the airport pavement and used for detecting the temperature of the airport pavement and sending the detected pavement temperature to the control unit; the drive circuit is used for connecting or disconnecting the power supply of the pavement heating unit according to the control of the control unit; the control unit is used for controlling the drive circuit to be started or disconnected according to the pavement temperature detected by the pavement temperature monitoring unit, and further controlling the pavement heating unit to perform heating or stop heating. By adopting the intelligent monitoring heating system, the airport pavement can be electrified automatically for snow melting and deicing in ice and snow weather, and the pavement is maintained to be always free from ice and snow, so that safety taxiing of aircrafts is guaranteed.
