Rubber support containing ultrahigh wear-resistance plate and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a rubber support containing an ultrahigh wear-resistance plate and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the rubber support containing the ultrahigh wear-resistance plate comprises a rubber body, a reinforced clapboard that is set in the rubber body and that is set at multi-layer interval and an ultrahigh wear-resistance plate set on the top end or the bottom end of the rubber body, wherein the ultrahigh wear-resistance plate is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene or modified ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene; the ultrahigh wear-resistance plate is provided with an oil storage tank; and the oil storage tank is a spherical surface sunken structure. The manufacturing method comprises (1) manufacturing an ultrahigh wear-resistance plate, (2) manufacturing a rubber support pre-molding body, (3) carrying out mold pressing vulcanization to the rubber support pre-molding body and obtaining the rubber support containing ultrahigh wear-resistance plate. According to the invention, the rubber support containing the ultrahigh wear-resistance plate provided herein has the advantages of lower resistance coefficient, long service life, low cost of post-maintenance and operation, simple and convenient manufacturing method and low cost.
