The invention provides a box structure of a sweeper truck and the sweeper truck having the same. The box structure comprises a garbage accommodating cavity and a fan accommodating cavity. The box structure of the sweeper truck further comprises a first dust removing cavity, a second dust removing cavity communicated with the first dust removing cavity, and a transitional runner communicated with the second dust removing cavity through a third air inlet, wherein a dry sweeping mode switch valve is arranged in the third air inlet; the transitional runner is communicated with a fan of the sweeper truck through a fan interface; and the first dust removing cavity, the second dust removing cavity and the transitional runner are arranged on a pneumatic transmission channel between the garbage accommodating cavity and the fan in sequence. The box structure of the sweeper truck can realize secondary dust removing effect, and cannot water the ground in the road cleaning process to save the water resource; and a dust removing system applied to the box structure of the sweeper truck has no need to be provided with a nozzle, so that the manufacturing process of the dust removing system of the sweeper truck is reduced.
