The present invention provides a flexible joint member which can be formed into a desired shape in a manner of absorbing the pressure born by a joint part and an expandable joint for a concrete structure. The flexible joint member (1) is made of a flexible material spanning a joint part (3) between the concrete structures (2, 2), and is characterized by comprising pressing parts (4) located at the two sides and pressing the concrete structures (2, 2); a folding part (5) located between the pressing parts (4) at the two sides, folded in a manner of absorbing the pressure born by a joint part, and possessing folding processing part (7) for processing to enable the folding to become easy.
