The invention discloses a simple water-saving flusher. The simple water-saving flusher comprises a wastewater tank, a basket, a water inlet pipe, a holder, a return spring, a pedal, a pull rod, a transition rod, a piston assembly, a cylinder block, a water outlet pipe, a water collector and a funnel; one end of the pedal is fixed on the holder, the middle position of the pedal is connected with the pull rod by use of a pin shaft, and the return spring is arranged under the pedal; one end of the transition rod is connected with the pull rod by use of the pin shaft, the middle part of the transition rod is supported by the supporting rod, and the other end of the transition rod is connected with the piston assembly by use of the pin shaft; the water collector is arranged under the water outlet pipe to guide water out of a water outlet pipe to flow into the water collector; the funnel is arranged under the water collector, so that the water collector can be dumped to pour water into the funnel after the water collector is full of water and unbalanced; the simple water-saving flusher is simple in structure, easy to manufacture and convenient in material gaining; as a result, domestic wastewater can be utilized secondarily.
