The invention relates to an anti-backflow waterpower automatic gate which belongs to the technical field of drainage system equipment and comprises a buffer pool and an underground storage tank disposed inside a flow way, wherein the underground storage tank is placed below the buffer pool, a gate is disposed between the buffer pool and the underground storage tank, the gate is fixed on one side of a spindle, and two ends of the spindle are respectively hinged to flow way walls on two sides of the flow way. The anti-backflow waterpower automatic gate also comprises a buoyant box room which is disposed inside the underground storage tank and realizes water inflow later than the underground storage tank, wherein a buoyancy box is fixed on the other side of the spindle, the buoyancy box is disposed inside the buoyancy box room, a buoyancy box room water outlet hole is disposed in the bottom of the buoyancy box room, the buoyancy box room water outlet hole is communicated with the underground storage tank, a plug sealing the buoyancy box room water outlet hole is disposed at the buoyancy box room water outlet hole, a floater is disposed inside the underground storage tank, and a linkage device is connected between the floater and the plug. The anti-backflow waterpower automatic gate provided by the invention prevents water in the underground storage tank from flowing back to the buffer pool.
