The invention provides a PC steel rod reinforcing method for improving the anti-seismic property of a special-shaped column joint. The special-shaped column joint comprises a special-shaped column and a frame beam. The connection portion of the special-shaped column and the frame beam is a joint core region. Column longitudinal bars are arranged in the special-shaped column. PC steel rods are arranged in the joint core region and sealed hoops. The PC steel rods are bound to the outer sides of the column longitudinal bars. The special-shaped hoops are bound to the outer sides, except for the joint core region, of the column longitudinal bars. By means of the PC steel rod reinforcing method, the anti-seismic bearing capacity and the anti-seismic property of the special-shaped column joint can be improved.
