The invention discloses a kitchen and toilet water stop composite formwork and a construction method thereof. The composite formwork is provided with square internal mold and external mold, wherein the internal mold and the external mold are both of steel-wood structures fixed by corner members; a plurality of internal and external mold limiters are arranged between the internal mold and the external mold; a diagonal bracing for preventing the internal mold and the external mold from integral deformation is arranged; at least one of the external mold and the internal mold is provided with a plurality of positioning members for positioning the lower formwork. By using the construction method of ground pre-assembly, socket type connection, one-time hanging and shaping construction; after the entire composite formwork is assembled, the integral rigidity of the internal and external molds, the limitation of upper and lower openings and the size of a diagonal line are all effectively controlled, and the influence of lateral pressure of concrete and construction live load can be resisted, so that the dependence on handicraft of a worker is neglected; the composite formwork has the advantages of high universality, convenience in loading and unloading, capability of realizing multiple repetitive use and the like.
