The invention discloses a method for locking a cement wall partition board. The method comprises the following steps that 1, sleeving-clamping type abutting and fixing devices used for locking the cement wall partition board are manufactured, wherein each sleeving-clamping type abutting and fixing device comprises a sleeving-clamping board seat, an adjusting threaded rod and a nut; 2, first holes matched with the adjusting threaded rods are formed in the portions, needing abutting and fixing, of the cement wall partition board; 3, the sleeving-clamping type abutting and fixing devices are clamped to the abutting and fixing portions and the first holes of the cement wall partition board in a sleeving mode, and the cement wall partition board and a corresponding structure are spliced in place; 4, the nuts of the sleeving-clamping type abutting and fixing devices arranged on the abutting and fixing portions of the cement wall partition board in a sleeving mode are wrenched, the adjusting threaded rods of the sleeving-clamping type abutting and fixing devices are screwed out, and the cement wall partition board is fixed to the corresponding structure in an abutting mode. The invention further discloses a sleeving-clamping type abutting and fixing device for implementing the method. By the adoption of the method and the sleeving-clamping type abutting and fixing device, vertical abutting and fixing and transverse abutting and fixing can be conducted on various structures without through holes.
