The invention provides a privacy-protecting curtain. The privacy-protecting curtain comprises an umbrella framework and a waterproof cloth curtain body. The waterproof cloth curtain body is fixed to the umbrella framework, so that the umbrella framework is covered with the waterproof cloth curtain body, the waterproof cloth curtain body extends towards the lower side of the umbrella framework, and the part, located on the lower side of the umbrella framework, of the waterproof cloth curtain body is provided with an opening. The umbrella framework can be used for propping the waterproof cloth curtain body open, a private space is formed in the waterproof cloth curtain body, and a user can easily protect privacy in the outdoor environment.
