Quick connecting, locking and unlocking mechanism
The invention discloses a quick connecting, locking and unlocking mechanism which comprises a butt-joint base, a locking column, a locking tongue, a stop column, a support and a tension spring. The butt-joint base is installed on a member A and is provided with a V-shaped grove. The stop column and the support are fixedly installed on one side of the V-shaped grove. The locking tongue is of a sector structure and is rotatably connected with the support. An arc-shaped groove is formed in the locking tongue, and the stop column is located in the arc-shaped groove. Two ends of the tension spring are respectively fixed to the locking tongue and the butt-joint base. The locking column is used for installing a member B. When the member A and the member B are located in a locked state, the locking column is located at the bottom end of the V-shaped grove formed in the butt-joint base. In addition, the outer surface of the locking column is tangent with the arc-shaped face of the locking tongue to limit the locking column in the V-shaped grove. During unlocking, the locking tongue is turned through an unlocking force to enable the locking column to break away from the V-shaped grove. The quick connecting, locking and unlocking mechanism has the advantages of being reliable in connection, large in locking force, low in achievement cost, wide in application scenarios, good in universality and capable of serving as a module to be embedded into various mechanical devices.
