A pin tumbler lock cylinder is characterized in that a T-shaped anti-theft safety structure formed by two rows of transverse moving tumblers and a vertical moving tumbler assembly is arranged in a lock cylinder main body; an axis of the vertical moving tumbler assembly coincides with the longitudinal center of a key inserting hole formed in a lock liner, and the vertical moving tumbler assembly comprises vertical moving tumblers arranged in vertical moving holes of the lock liner, reset springs arranged in vertical moving holes of a lock case as well as safe flat tumblers; the vertical moving holes of the lock liner are perpendicularly communicated with the key inserting hole; the two rows of transverse moving tumblers are arranged in transverse moving holes, located in two sides of the key inserting hole, of the lock liner, inner ends of the transverse moving holes of the lock liner are perpendicularly communicated with the key inserting hole, and outer ends are communicated with arc grooves formed in the inner wall of the lock case; transverse moving tumbler unblocking concave positions are formed in the side wall of a key and used for allowing inner ends of the corresponding transverse moving tumblers to slide in when the lock liner is rotated for unlocking; the vertical moving tumbler assembly is arranged in front of the tumbler assembly in the innermost position. The pin tumbler lock cylinder is reasonable in structure, and can reduce the production cost while guaranteeing the anti-theft performance.
