The invention discloses an electronic lock with an anti-theft function. The electronic lock comprises a shell, a cover plate, a handle, a control panel and a control circuit board. A cavity is formed in the shell, and a mechanical lock head, a linkage rod, a torsion spring arranged on the linkage rod in a sleeving mode, a micro switch, a poking rod, a motor assembly and a disengagement and engagement control assembly are arranged in the cavity, wherein the micro switch is arranged on the side edge of the torsion spring, can rotate along with the torsion spring, can send a signal to the control circuit board after being triggered and is provided with a contact piece; the poking rod is arranged on the side edge of the torsion spring and can rotate along with the torsion spring and move up and down; the motor assembly can move along with the poking rod and work; the disengagement and engagement control assembly is arranged on the side edge of the motor assembly. An electromagnetic valve connected with the control circuit board is further disposed in the cavity. A locking pin is arranged in the electromagnetic valve, can pop out outwards after being powered on and has a pressing function on the poking rod. The control circuit board receives the signal sent by the micro switch and then can intelligently judge whether the electromagnetic valve is powered on or not and control the electromagnetic valve to be powered on, namely, whether the locking pin of the electromagnetic valve pops out to press the poking rod is controlled. The electronic lock serves as an intelligent backup lock and is high in anti-theft performance.
