The invention relates to a thermal insulation door which comprises a door frame, a first sealing structure, an outer door and a second sealing structure, wherein the door frame comprises an inner door frame and an outer door frame; a height difference exists between the inner door frame and the outer door frame and forms a step structure; the first sealing structure is arranged on the door frame and positioned at the step structure; the outer door is rotationally arranged on the outer door frame; the second sealing structure wraps the outer periphery of the outer door frame; when the outer door is closed to the door frame, the first sealing structure is in contact with the second sealing structure. Therefore, by arranging the novel thermal insulation door, when the outer door is closed to the door frame, the thermal-insulation, waterproof, dampproof, and anti-noise effects of the overall thermal insulation door are improved. When the door is closed, direct contact between the outer door and the door frame is avoided by virtue of the arrangement of the first sealing structure and the second sealing structure, so that noise during door closing is eliminated; in addition, collision between the outer door and the door frame is avoided, so that the service life of the thermal insulation door is prolonged.
