Offshore wind driven generator adopting welded valve and zinc alloy piston buffering
The invention relates to an island or coastal power generation auxiliary device, in particular to an offshore wind driven generator adopting a welded valve and zinc alloy piston buffering. Platform hinges are arranged on the circumference of an operation platform and connected with the upper ends of double-screw-joint-piston bidirectional buffers. The lower ends of the double-screw-joint-piston bidirectional buffers are connected with fixing supporting legs. An electro-mechanical transformation unit, an energy storage cabinet and a cooling pump are fixedly installed on the operation platform. A cooling guide pipe is arranged between an exhaust port of the cooling pump and the electro-mechanical transformation unit. A wind wheel rotating shaft extends out of a top cover of the electro-mechanical transformation unit. A blade rotating wheel is fixed and supported by the wind wheel rotating shaft. The horizontal welded check valve is connected between the upper section of a pumping suction pipe and the lower section of a filtering suction pipe in series. The offshore wind driven generator is characterized in that each double-screw-joint-piston bidirectional buffer comprises a screw joint piston rod, a screw joint piston cylinder, a double-screw-joint guide barrel, a double-screw-joint lower end cover and a double-screw-joint upper end cover, wherein an outer threaded connector of the lower end cover is fastened to an inner threaded connection port of the barrel in double-screw-joint and matched modes, and an outer threaded connector of the upper end cover is fastened to an inner threaded connection port of the barrel in double-screw-joint and matched modes.
