The invention discloses a flexible sleeve for double-wall corrugated pipes and relates to the field of pipe fittings. A plurality of V-shaped grooves are formed in the middle of the flexible sleeve for the double-wall corrugated pipes, and bell and spigot ports and guide-in ports are formed in two sides of the sleeve respectively; a sleeve body is made of a low-density polyethylene material and has excellent axial stretching, retracting and bending properties. The flexible sleeve has good sealing performance through cooperation with a rubber seal ring, can be used for connecting polyethylene double-wall corrugated pipes, is a multifunctional connecting piece and can adapt to axial stretching and retracting of a pipe section due to cold shrinkage and thermal expansion of polyethylene double-wall corrugated drain pipes, damage to the pipe section is avoided, the defect that the connection positions of the pipes are separated or cracked due to irregular pipe inclination caused by local sinking of a foundation can be overcome, and leakage is completely avoided.
