The invention relates to an energy-saving environment-friendly architectural decoration material which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6-11 parts of triethanolamine, 3-9 parts of expanded perlite, 4-9 parts of tourmaline powder, 2-6 parts of curing agent, 1-5 parts of water repellent, 4-7 parts of cellulose powder, 6-10 parts of rutile titanium white, 9-16 parts of diatomite, 1-4 parts of inorganic pigment, 8-14 parts of meerschaum, 8-13 parts of solid paraffin, 4-6 parts of montmorillonite clay thickener, 6-10 parts of nano titanium dioxide powder and 8-14 parts of acrylic stearate.
