The invention relates to a multifunctional building material which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-6 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 4-9 parts of styrene, 3-7 parts of elastic fiber, 15-26 parts of fine sand, 5-7 parts of banyan wood dust, 3-6 parts of filler, 3-5 parts of anatase titanium white, 4-7 parts of calcium carbonate, 5-8 parts of acrylate, 1.2-2.4 parts of parts of nano titanium dioxide, 3-5 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 7-14 parts of aluminate refractory cement, 8-12 parts of kaolin, 4-13 parts of assistant flame retardant, 3-6 parts of toughener and 8-9 parts of magnesia powder. The multifunctional building material has the advantages of favorable water resistance, favorable fire resistance, energy saving, favorable flame retardancy and stable comprehensive properties.
