Manufacturing method for powder ash air-entrained concrete blocks
The invention relates to a manufacturing method for powder ash air-entrained concrete blocks. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: I, weighing raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by mass: 480-560 parts of quick lime, 2750-2850 parts of coal ash slurry, 35-45 parts of cement and 2.3-2.7 parts of a powdered aluminum liquid; (II), preparing mixed slurry: namely feeding the coal ash slurry, cement, a cementing agent and powdered aluminum into a stirrer, adding the cement and quick lime and stirring the mixture for 180-220 seconds, adding the powdered aluminum and stirring the mixture for a time less than 30 seconds to form the mixed slurry; III, pouring and degassing: namely pouring the mixed slurry into a die trolley to degas; IV, resting: namely resting the die trolley at 40-45 DEG C to form blanks; V, cutting: namely cutting the blank in steps; and VI, carrying out autoclaved curing: namely vacuumizing the blanks in an autoclave, raising the pressure when the pressure is not greater than 0.06MPa, maintaining the pressure when the pressure is 1.1-1.2MPa and reducing the pressure within 5.5 hours to form the powder ash air-entrained concrete blocks finished products. The A5.0 level powder ash air-entrained concrete blocks produced by the manufacturing method provided by the invention are small in difficulty.
